Here at Duke’s Tavern & Tap, we began as a Southern BBQ style restaurant with a whiskey and bourbon bar. The original menu featured Texas Style BBQ with southern side dishes. We, like many of our customers, enjoyed the food immensely. However, with consistent customer requests for a wider variety of items on our menu, we chose to listen carefully. In short, we expanded the menu! In doing that, we decided to go BACK to BASICS – where food is always fresh and simply prepared. Our new menu features thin crust pizza, as well as a variety of shortbreads and calzones.
